The tour begins with the pick up from the hotel at 08.30 am to go along the route of the sacred valley to the place known as chancadora located near the district of Chinchero 3873msnm. In this place we will take the safety equipment and the bicycles and start our practice session. We will start the descent passing very close to the huaypo lagoon on an affirmed road until we reach the impressive archaeological site of Moray where we will have a guided tour. Here we also take a good rest and enjoy the landscapes and natural formations that the Sacred Valley offers.
Then we continue the descent passing through the community of Maras and go down an affirmed road to reach Salineras or also known as salt mines that were very important in the Inca and colonial times, today are extracted and used by local people in an artisanal way, finally we reach the bridge Pichingoto and we will go to the town of Urubamba to take the van and return to the city of Cusco.
Thus ending our bike tour in Cusco.

Maras is a quaint town located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, known mainly for its impressive salt mines. In addition to its natural beauty, the town preserves colonial architecture and cobblestone streets.
The salt mines of Maras are a natural and historical wonder, composed of more than four thousand salt evaporation wells that are filled with salt water from a natural spring located at the top. This salt water is allowed to evaporate gradually, leaving salt crystals that are collected and processed.
Moray is a very peculiar archaeological complex due to its unique design of concentric circular platforms. These terraces served as an experimental agricultural laboratory during the Inca Empire.
